Invited people and people presenting their work to the conference:
Papers and/or posters / artworks / installations and live-performances with full options.
(it is the only option for people presenting papers)
  • The registration fee for the conference of these participants is 500 Euro, which covers attendance to the conference, one copy of the conference proceedings, daily lunch, coffee breaks, evening breaks before the performances, the welcome cocktail and the conference dinner.
  • Participants registering and payment received before October 30th 2022 are eligible for a reduced registration fee of 375 Euro.
  • The 2nd (3rd ..) author of the same paper, if the first author is registered, is elegible for a reduced registration fee (325 Euro until 30 October and 475 Euro later)
  • The 2nd (3rd ..) author attending to the conference for only one day (paper presentation), if the first author is registered, is elegible for a reduced registration fee (200 Euro until 30 October, 280 Euro later)
  • Accompanying persons are welcomed at a fee of 60 Euro including the welcome cocktail and the conference dinner. They can attend the conference. Lunches are not included. If particular questions ask to the organizers
  • Attendance to the performances is free.
  • Only papers of participants registered until 8 November 2022 will be included in the proceedings (with ISBN number)
