GA 2020
SIGNING UP and REGISTRATION
GA conferences, held annually from 1998, are financed by the participants.
  • in GA conferences there are not invited/keynote speakers. All participants, as keynot speakers, will present their work in only one main session. This is one of the reasons for limited acceptations.
  • Authors, people presenting Papers, Posters, Artworks, Installations and Performances have to pay a fees as contribution to the conference expenses. The fee,(Euro 120 within October 30) will cover only the conference expenses, the (paper) book of proceedings and its delivering to the participant address and other conference expenses.
  • People can attend to the conference for free signing up in the related webpage. If they like to have the book of proceedings they have to pay for the related cost, also registering themselves.
  • In any case no people can have financial supports from the GA conference.
  • All contributions will be reviewed. If the (paper/poster/artworks/installation/performance) proposal has been accepted by the scientific committee, you can ask to the Conference Chair to send you an official invitation letter for getting funds from other entities or, if necessary, for getting the visa. In this case you can send your proposal in advance for having the acceptance and the official invitation letter in advance by the scientific committee.
  • The proceedings will be available, in time for the conference, as (paper) book with ISBN number.

    REGISTRATION TO GA2020

    After signing up in the related webpage you can register yourself as:

    ONLY ATTENDING GA CONFERENCE
    1. if you ONLY attend the GA2020 virtual conference. You've got nothing else to do.
    2. but if you like to have the conference proceedings. You have to:
    ___A. getting the conference proceedings downloading the e-book before the conference
    ___B. getting the conference proceedings receiving the paper book of the proceedings before the conference

    AUTHORS PRESENTING THEIR WORK
    3. if you are an AUTHOR, presenting a paper, an artwork, a poster, an installation or a live-performance:
    ___A. You have to register with the reduced fee
    ___B. if you are the second author You can register with extra reduced fee
    ___C. if you register after October 30 you have to pay the full fee
